It’s a fantastic opportunity for your child to share their thoughts on the world around them as well as help them become a confident writer.
Poems can be in any style and must link to the environment: from litter, pollution and wildlife, to sustainability, conservation or exploring nature & local landscapes.
Get your child engaged with caring for the environment and creating a better world for their future by writing a poem and giving their young voice a chance to be heard.

To make sure your entries are valid, please follow the rules listed below:
Only one entry per person.
Your child's poem can be written the entry form or sheet of paper or typed.
Your child's poem must be their own work!
Open to 4-18 year-olds.
Poems must be on the theme or inspired by nature / the environment.
Poems can be written in any poetic style/form.
US entrants only.
Copyright remains with the author.
